who can join
We are recruiting all classes, but hunters and paladins are especially wanted. Our basic requirements are sanity, respectfulness, and good gear.

how to join
Contact me in-game on Whitelight, Thunderlocks, Spaceknight, or Starshards if I'm not on Durable or Stormcloud. Otherwise, send an in-game mail to Durable and we'll look for you.

attendance
Friday night is sort of our designated WSG night, but no specific attendance is required, and we're active other days as well. Many of us have 70s and are somewhat casual with our twinks, but some of us are on more frequently.

communication
We have our own Ventrilo server, which we use frequently during WSG games. You are not required to have a microphone, but it is nice to have all or most of our players in Vent for the more challenging games.

philosophy
While we are not a hardcore guild, and we play primarily to have fun, we do play to win and we like to be organized. Steamrolling is fun sometimes, but the most enjoyable games tend to be against other twinks and premades. We do not exploit terrain. We help each other out. Several of our members can supply enchants and potions with mats.

hierarchy
Bellaboo and myself are essentially the co-leaders of the guild, both having all the powers of a guild master, but I am technically the GM. Aside from us, we have a handful officers (who invite people and participate in guild decisions), and beyond them, we have only one member rank. The hierarchy was designed this way to minimize hierarchy, and to avoid the politics of promotions/demotions.

alliances
We often group with players from other twink guilds and non-twink guilds. Rest In Peace, another major Sargeras twink guild, merged into The Ownership Society a few months ago.

guild history
Bellaboo, Suspicious, Moosetick, and myself formed the guild August 27, 2006. We grew to be the largest 19 twink guild on the server. Our mission from the beginning has been to bring together twinks and keep Sargeras's 19s playing together.

the name
Our guild name is an ironic reference to a phrase used by George W. Bush (explained here).
